WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We ship all over the world.
IS THERE A SHIPPING FEE?
We ship all over India for a fee of INR 150. You will be able to view the information at the time of checkout.
WHAT’S THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
Once you’ve received your shipping confirmation email you can track by clicking on the tracking link and see the status of your delivery. Please note that it may take 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Once your order is placed, the order takes 1-2 business days to process. In addition to the processing time, standard shipping takes 5-7 business days and express shipping takes 3-5 business days. Please note, during sale events or within 3 days of a new collection launch you may experience a 3-5 delay in receiving your order. International deliveries will take up to 7-10 business days. WILL I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS AND DUTIES TAXES?
If you purchase from outside of India, you, the buyer, are responsible for all customs & duties associated within your own country. We are legally required to declare the full value paid on all Sunscapeshop orders and must include the correct invoice for customs should they request this.
