WHAT IS OUR RETURN POLICY?

Terms & Conditions

  • We do not have a refund policy. All returns are processed as store credit only. 
  • Flash Sale items are eligible for store credit only.
  • All items must be in their original condition; unworn, unused, unwashed, with the return tags still attached. All returns are accepted at the discretion of our team. Any item/s returned without their returns tag, will not be accepted, and it is the customers responsibility to have their items collected from the warehouse.
  • The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer, we do not refund the cost of shipping.
  • Returns/Exchange must be initiated within 3 days of the delivery date.
  • The items must be returned to our warehouse before the return for credit or exchange can be issued.
  • Sunscape cannot be held liable for the loss of garments being returned. 
  • Garments that have incurred any makeup stains or that smell of perfume or any other scent will not be accepted. Hence, please take care when trying on the garments.
  • We do not accept any returns for items that are on SALE.
  • We do not accept any international returns / exchanges at the moment.
  • Only authorised returns will be processed. Any returns sent without authorisation will be refused and it will be the responsibility of the customer to arrange collection of their garment.

WHAT IS OUR EXCHANGE POLICY?


A request for an exchange or return, must be submitted within 3-5 days of receiving your order. The items must be in original condition with the original packaging and all tags attached. Any garments that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will be refused. Please take care when trying on garments, as we cannot accept garments that have incurred any makeup stains or that smell of perfume. The items must be returned to our warehouse before the return for credit or exchange can be issued. Items are eligible for exchange only once. We do not accept any exchanges for items marked as FINAL SALE.  We do not accept any international returns / exchanges at the moment.

Flash Sale items are eligible for store credit only.

Only authorised returns will be processed. Any returns sent without authorisation will be refused and it will be the responsibility of the customer to arrange collection of their garment.

HOW CAN I REGISTER A RETURN/EXCHANGE?

If your return/exchange meets our conditions outlined above, please follow the below steps to lodge your request:

  1. Send an email to info@sunscapeshop.com with your Order ID
  2. Follow the steps shared by the Sunscape Customer Care Team.
  3. Once your request is approved, we will send a courier to pick up your package at the address provided within 24-48 hours.
  4. Once your return has been received at our warehouse, our returns team will process it within 3-5 business days. You will receive an email notification once your return/exchange has been processed.

Please pack the garment in its original packaging with all the original tags as the courier agent will come to collect the package within 24-48 hours. Please note if we receive the items in any other packaging, we will not be able to accept the return and the package will be sent back. 

Remember that you must send the items you wish to return within 3 days from the shipping date of your order, before the exchange period expires. Items are eligible for exchange only once.
 

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY EXCHANGE?


Once we receive your return at our warehouse, please allow approximately 3-5 business days for your return/exchange to be processed by our team. We’ll send you an email notification once your exchange has been shipped so you know it’s on the way. Please note, the entire exchange process can take up to 15 business days. If you require a change of address for your exchange postage, you will need to contact us at info@sunscapeshop.com and await our confirmation.

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY STORE CREDIT?


Once we receive your return, please allow 5 business days for your return to be processed at our warehouse. We’ll send you an email once our team has processed your store credit in the form of a gift card. Refunds for returns apply to the purchase price of the garments only. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

WHAT IF THE GARMENT RECEIVED IS FAULTY / DAMAGED?


Every product we send out is initially quality controlled, however if you have received a product with a manufacturing fault we will replace it or refund the cost as long as it has been returned within the 3 day return period. If you have received a faulty item please follow the same steps listed above for exchanges/returns. We will replace the item if stock is available or refund the amount upon return.

 

WHAT IF AN ITEM I PURCHASED IS OUT OF STOCK?


If you purchase an item that has sold out, you will be notified by email as soon as possible and offered a suitable replacement or a full refund.

 

DO YOU HAVE A RETURN PICK UP SERVICE FOR ITEMS THAT I NEED TO EXCHANGE?


We have a courier service that will facilitate the return, however this is chargeable. While you file your request for an exchange/return, you will be redirected to a page with the charge of INR 200 as a pickup fee. For exchanges requested for store credit, the pick up fee of INR 200 will be deducted from credit issued. Be sure to view our size chart before placing your order to make the purchase seamless.
